 New ref style because I can. o:
I like this one better, plus it's simpler and I don't have to make backgrounds for each ref.

Personality:
History: Bittersweet was born in Manehattan, as soon as she turned thirteen she discovered...she hated this place. She hated how loud and bustling the big city was, and wanted to move. Her mother wouldn't allow it. So one night, Bittersweet sneaked away, she ran away from home, you could say. She found a town called Canterlot, a beautiful town, the Royal Castle perched on a mountainside. She found this town glorious, and much better than Manehattan.
She settled down here, at first sleeping on the streets. By the time she was fifteen, and on the brink of starvation, she came to a bakery to ask if they had any food to spare. Feeling horrible about doing so. The baker said that if she worked a bit in the kitchen she could have a bite to eat. She did so, and was a marvelous talent. She was originally only meant to clean some dishes, but when things went a bit out of hoof, the bakery needed someone to make the tea for a very important customer. Bittersweet stepped in and made an marvelous brew that please even the pickiest customer. This was also how she earned her cutie mark. The baker offered he a job and she took it, but by the age of seventeen she quit and opened her own shop. A place with tea, chocolate and french pastries. She is now a well known pony in Canterlot for her exceptional tea brews and chocolate making.
